Leicester Writers’ Club
Club Members write poetry, novels, short stories, children’s fiction, non-fiction and screenplays. The Club’s main purpose is to provide a supportive environment for members to critique work-in-progress and to network for information on markets and opportunities. The Club also offers advanced masterclasses, a writing retreat, social and speaker events – usually talks from agents, editors or publishers.
If, after attending open evenings, you decide the Club is for you, then you should complete the contact form (www.leicesterwritersclub.com) with a sample piece of writing up to 1000 words long or 3 poems of up to 40 lines each, to forward to the Club committee for consideration.
